Carbon Ceramic Throat Liner
Product Details
Carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide ceramic matrix composites (C f (SiC composite materials) are ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) in which carbon fibers serve as the reinforcement and silicon carbide acts as the matrix. The carbon fiber architecture is woven to form a skeletal structure, which is then filled with a SiC matrix through processes such as chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) and precursor impregnation–pyrolysis (PIP), thereby creating a composite structure characterized by “fiber–interface–matrix.” These materials exhibit excellent high‑temperature stability, mechanical performance, design flexibility, and environmental adaptability. They are primarily used in high‑temperature components for aerospace applications, automotive braking systems, and other related fields.
